- Billing address
- Home, mobile, business, and fax numbers
- Email address
Billing and payment preferences
- Whether you want your monthly bill sent by email
- Whether you want to pay by credit card
- Or whether you want to pay by online direct deposit, which requires online banking with RBC or CIBC
Good to know
- If you have, or plan to install, solar or batteries, you must follow SGCPC’s Grid Interconnection Requirements and submit a Grid Interconnection Application (GIA).
- All utility meters are owned by SGCPC. Tampering with or breaking a meter or its seal can result in penalties, fines, and replacement costs.
